The following is a summary of traffic calming techniques included in the Minnesota traffic calming database. The table lists the number of projects that have been recorded for each technique. The database includes all projects submitted by city and county engineers in Minnesota. Several of the techniques listed may be classified by some communities as traffic control devices, rather than traffic calming devices.
